Back to Basics Progression Series


In this eight week series we'll revisit the "basics." We'll work through Sun Salutations, standing postures, and breath. The class series will focus on building strength and endurance as well as proper alignment. This is a great class for those wishing to create consistency or re-ignite some "fire" in their practice. All levels are welcome and modifications will be offered. Come as you are.
