Gentle | Room temp. 72˚-74˚
Great for beginners and those looking for a gentle practice. We'll introduce core alignments, wavelike spinal movements, and the principles of flow. In this gentle class, breath awareness is developed as strength and flexibility increase. Bolsters, pillows and props can be used to ensure comfort and alignment. Safe and effective modifications are offered so students can easily design their practice to meet accommodate his/her energy and/or physical accommodations and needs.

Gentle/Restorative© | Room temp. 72˚-74˚
Approximately 30 minutes of gentle postures done from a chair or the floor, followed by restorative postures (passive stretching) utilizing various props such as blankets and bolster-type pillows. The class will end each week with a stress management technique such as yoga nidra, progressive muscle relaxation, body scanning, or meditation. This class is perfect for those needing a slow and relaxing practice. This is a wonderful place for beginners to start. It is also the perfect compliment to any workout regime, recovery plan, or lifestyle. ALL levels of practitioners are welcome and encouraged to participate!

Hatha Flow | Room temp. 72˚-76˚
Hatha Yoga, “ha” meaning sun and “tha” meaning moon, is the yoga of balance. Classes are designed to align and calm your body, mind, and spirit in preparation for meditation and rest. Sequencing and flows will focus on strength and mobility and are slower-paced. This is a powerful class that is also gentle on the joints.

Strength and Mobility | Room temp. 75˚-80˚
This class is designed for those ready to move from a gentle practice into a deeper intensity/level of asana movement. Safe and effective modifications will be offered throughout practice to allow practitioners to control the intensity of their practice. We will spend more time on hands and knees as well as strengthening our core. Downward dog is introduced into sequencing as well as optional vinyasa flow and sun salutation segments with appropriate modifications for all levels.

Gentle Yoga and Meditation | Room temp. 72˚- 76˚
Developing a meditation practice is hard, but we’ve found that it’s much easier and more accessible when we practice together. This class is designed to help you de-stress and decompress. We’ll begin with pranayama (breath work) and do some gentle movement to prepare for some time in seated practice/meditation to restore and reset your nervous system. All levels are welcome.

Yoga Flow| Room temp. 72˚-76˚
This class is an all-levels class. After centering and breath awareness, we will move through variations of Surya Namaskar A and B (Sun Salutations) followed by sequences that incorporate standing postures with dynamic movements and flows. We will end class with a "traditional" closing sequence on the floor and you will have the freedom to move at the pace of your breath and experience. Safe and effective modifications will be offered throughout the entire practice.

Yoga for EveryBODY | Room temp. 72˚-74˚
Join Tracey for this class that's perfect for beginners, those feeling overwhelmed, anyone recovering from physical or emotional issues, and those who would benefit from a class that incorporates a lot of pose variations. All ages, shapes, and limitations are welcome. One of the class goals will be to foster a sense of community. Background music and singing bowls will be used. This is a class with a focus on coming as you are. The vibe will be friendly and gentle with use of props as we feel led. A generous amount of kindness and appreciation for our bodies will be incorporated. Each individual will be encouraged and empowered to work honestly to meet his/her current needs. It will be highly adaptable and accessible to all. The class will include relaxation and mindfulness.

Yoga Stretch | Room temp. 76˚- 80˚ This is an all-levels class where we will work on foundational movements and shapes to build strength and warm up the body. The second half of class will focus on building flexibility. This part of class is based on the Science of Stretching methods and techniques. We will hold stretches for 2-5 minutes while focusing on the three primary principals of stretching: breathing, time under passive tension, and relaxing into the shape.

Gentle Movement and Yoga Nidra | Room temp. 72˚-76˚ The first half of this class will involve basic breath work and gentle movements to prepare the body for a guided yoga nidra. Yoga nidra is a deeply restorative guided body scan and meditation technique designed to help with mental clarity, resetting your parasympathetic nervous system, and bringing the mind/body connection back into balance.
