New to Yoga? This is a great place to start!
If you are new to Yoga or just looking for a refresher course in the basics, this is the series for you! In this six week series we will do gentle movements designed to get you more familiar with shapes/poses, while also building strength and confidence. We will learn how to modify shapes and movements to accommodate our bodies and abilites through the use of props and simple adjustments. Please register for all six classes.
